All volunteers are required to go through volunteer/foster orientation before participating with our organization. These happen periodically at our Fertile Storefront Location.

Fostering
One of the best ways we are able to help animals is by allowing them a low stress environment in a foster home. Many times, we have people say, it's hard to see fosters go, and I could never do that. We choose to look at it in a positive way and remind everyone that when a foster pet gets adopted, it makes room for another animal to get a chance in our rescue.
Volunteering
We have various volunteer needs here with different levels of involvement! Some of these might include: Events, Deep Cleaning, Dog Walking, Grant Writing, Paperwork, Social Media, Photos, Organization, Transportation, Heavy lifting, and Snuggles!
Hospice Program
Hospice for dogs and cats is a huge part of our mission. We have a passion for helping animals that would otherwise be euthanized without being shown love, patience, and compassion. These animals deserve to be spoiled for the short amount of time they have with us. We appreciate individuals who can be compassionate and self-less for these individual animals. This can be even temporary weekend relief for the current-foster parent.
